Reelvori uses account details to sign you in, and stores favorites and viewing progress with your account. Guest favorites, viewing progress and interface language are stored in your browser. Playback requests send the story, episode and language to the content service; the media provider receives the network information needed to deliver video.

Questions entered in automated chat are sent to Typebot. Support form email, request details and optional attachments are sent to the shared support service. Customer acknowledgements and internal notifications use the configured email service. Do not include passwords or payment card details in support messages.

Contact support@reelvori.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of your account information, or to ask about processing and retention. Include the account email and request details, without your password. Verification may be required; records needed for an unresolved request or applicable obligations may need to be retained.
